Lewis County Trail Permits are sold to the Owner of the Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) *includes dirt bikes, ATV's and side by sides up to 2000 lbs. * If you have more vehicles that needs permits, please contact the office at 315-376-5972, or email makennafarney@lewiscounty.ny.gov for an add on link.

I am not a 2025 member of a Club listed, but would like to join the following to receive a $20 discount on the Trail Permit. Membership cost is listed next to each club and will be added to your total. You may only select one. Any additional club memberships must be applied to the club itself.

I understand if the information submitted is not accurate or reflect what is needed to process the permit that I will not get the permit in the time requirement or it could be severely delayed. Please allow two weeks for delivery or purchase your permit at one of the following locations.
Credit Card Payment Information - This is required because the payment info may be different than the individual being issued the permit.
ALL INFORMATION BEING SUBMITTED WILL BE VERIFIED, ANY FALSE OR MISSING INFORMATION WILL BE CONSIDERED INVALID AND PERMIT'S WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

ONCE PERMITS ARE ISSUED NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED.
Please do not submit your credit card information twice unless you have verified with your financial institution that the previous transaction did not go through. Processing your payment multiple times could result in duplicate payments.

Please note that if you are charged multiple times the processing fees will not be refunded.
