Note: Tracking survey should ONLY be used for Staff and Approved Chaperones OUTSIDE of Manitoba.

Travel inside Manitoba does not need to be reported. Manitoba School Boards Association (MSBA) has arranged for travel health insurance to cover Staff and Approved Chaperones when travelling outside of Manitoba on School Division sanctioned trips/activities; for example field trips, team sporting events, cultural exchanges, and/or conferences.Tracking of travel days of all employees and school trip chaperone volunteers is required by each School Division by completing this short survey. Travel days will be reconciled quarterly/annually. Please ensure all questions and fields are completed in full.
