Please note: The final program will reflect the information as it is entered on this form. Be sure to enter accents, capitalization, and punctuation as you would like them to appear in your program. The College of Music website is updated daily Monday - Friday. Professor approvals of program submissions/revisions will need to be completed by 12pm the business day before a recital to be reflected on the website.
PLEASE NOTE:

This form is intended only for submission of student (degree) recital information only. All other program information (faculty, guest artist, ensemble, or class/studio recitals) should be sent directly to the Publicity Office as a Word document or other editable file format attached as an email.
