We use whatsapp as our main form of communication. All of the parents from your specific group are in said chat group and the majority of the time it is reserved for "X is running late today/what's a good DnD bday present" etc. It also has our terms and conditions, payment options and absentee/covid policies too.
Once we have all this we will set you up with our whatsapp chat group and look forward to seeing you at the next session!
PRICING
(Per head @2hrs, Includes GST)
Weekdays - $36pp
Saturdays - $46pp
Sundays - $56pp
*All evening sessions incur an extra fee of $5 per person (After 6pm)

ONLINE SESSIONS
If you are unable to make one of our sessions in person, we have the option of joining in online. We have a dedicated tablet that gives you a full video of the room and participants for you to play with. Discord is required to participate.

ABSENTEE POLICY
Full payment is required if you cancel within 24 hours of the session date and time.
COVID POLICY
In the event that we cannot do a session in person, an online session via discord and roll20 will be held instead.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you would no longer like to participate in our sessions, please let us know 24 hours before your next session. No payment required.
FIRST AID POLICY
All employees of Totally Board are trained in First Aid. We have a med kit on site, a muster point out the front and the St. John of Gods app on our phone for emergencies (Immediate connection to ambulances)
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECKS
All employees of Totally Board have their working with children checks, which can be supplied on request.
