Prom 2025 Consultation Form

Hello Dolls, Prom season is officially here!! This consultation service provides a 1:1 meeting about your design. Which includes a front and back sketch, Measurements, Fabric sourcing, payment plans, total cost and more. Prom gowns start at 900$, Corset dresses starts at 1,200, Corset (beaded) dresses start at 1,500. Please make sure you have atleast 3 inspirational pictures ready to discuss your dream dress. Please keep in mind it won't be the "EXACTLY" like the picture. Let's switch it up and create a new trend ladies!! *Once you have booked with me I will keep you updated along the whole process I do not work best when rushed! Thank you dollies 🦋

Please understand that your dress may not come out to be the exact way as the picture especially (corset handmade beaded dresses) this is the perfect timing for us discuss and brainstorm on how to make your dress stand out then the rest. It is important to know that I may not find the exact color, fabrics, feathers, rhinestones, trimmings etc but I can definitely work with you while I visit the fabric store by video call or through text but Fabric deposits must be payed fully and fabric will be bought the same day.

This service is free please meet at our studio on time for your fitting because there will be clients after you or before. Please no extra guest unless it's a parent..space is limited! If you cancel your appointment you will have to pay a cancellation fee 25$ for the next fitting. We typically require 1-3 fittings before the final pick up or shipping.

IF YOU ARE NOT LOCATED IN NYC PLEASE READ BELOW!

If you will like to try on a dress and not located in NYC you must pay the dress in full before it is sent out to you. I will ship the dress out to you then you have to pay for it to come back to me. Once the dress is finalized and complete to your liking and satisfaction you must be able to pay the shipping to go back to you. If there is any complications with your dress please let me know right away. ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR DRESS PLEASE TRY IT ON RIGHT AWAY THROUGH VIDEO CALL. This fitting does not require for corset beaded dresses or any NON-STRETCH Farbics you must travel to NYC for a fitting if you are interested in booking those kind of dresses.

SHIPPING

Shipping fee cost is $30+ depending on where you are located and the weight of the dress. You will receive a tracking number once your order is done processing and ready to be shipped. Your order will be shipped with United States Postal Service or FEDEX. Once your package is shipped to the carrier you must contact them for any updates or issues.
