For SF delivery and on-campus rental of your gown set, please transfer RMB¥590 and UPLOAD the receipt below:

How to get your refund:

Once the SF package is ready to be sent off, please scan the following QR code to access the deposit refund form below.  On the form, we will ask you for the Alipay Payment account for deposit refund.

Once we have received your graduation gown, we will refund your deposit back to your WeChat account within 30 calendar days. 

 

Rental Agreement

​By stating agree on the gown registration rental form, I hereby agree and acknowledge that I will be subjected and bounded by the following terms of use and conditions:

•  Rental fee: RMB¥90 per student for renting a set of graduation gowns (hat, graduation gown, accessories).

•  Deposit: RMB¥500 per student (refundable after returning the dress within one month / 30 days - please refer to "Refund Policy" below for details.).

•  Postage: Express shipping costs incurred for online rental and return shall be borne by the student.

Late payment fee
If the student fails to return the graduation gown within the 30-day rental period, a late payment fee of RMB¥100 will be charged for every 7 calendar days after the expiration date.

 

• For graduands choosing courier: DAY 1 is NOV 28th, 2024 (we will mail the gown out on 25th November).  

To avoid late charges, graduands have to return the rented graduation gown set on or before DAY 30. 

If the gown was found damaged, damage fees will be charged as per below:

Irreversible Dirt / Damage (if any) = Total Loss :

Gown = RMB¥300

Hood = RMB¥150

Hat = RMB¥150

Total Loss of the entire set (all 3 items) = total sum of deposit = RMB¥500

 

The whole or part of the deposit may be forfeited for offsetting the damage charges or late or extension fee but the service provider may not request for additional payments from the graduands. The remaining amount of the deposit after forfeiture (if any) should be refunded to the graduands within 30 days after the forfeiture.

If the graduand cancels the pre-applied gown rental service, the service provider should refund all the payments made by such graduand (including the rental fee and deposit) within 30 days after such graduand submits service cancellation request or after the day of the last congregation of that academic year, whichever is earlier.

 

Refund Policy:

Cash refunds will be administered on 30th Nov and 1st Dec 2024 upon the return of the graduation gown set on campus.   For gown returns via delivery, please make sure you write your name and phone number on the package, as well as filling in the online form using the QR code provided.  Refunds will be made within 30 days after the gown set is returned.
