FILE ATTACHMENT GUIDELINES:

Attach photo(s) of the existing feature(s) to be restored/preserved.
Attach photos of the exterior elevations (front, sides & back views) of the structure.
Image files should be at least 1000 px in the largest dimension.
Ideal images are 1000-3000 px in each dimension (e.g., 2200 px X 1500 px).
Attach a detailed budget (i.e., labor, cost of materials to be used, etc.), showing your contribution and requested amount.

Label files to help grant reviewers (e.g., north-east-corner.jpg, Project-XYZ-Budget.xlsx).
Acceptable file formats for images: jpg, jpeg, png, heic, pdf
Acceptable file formats for budget: xls, xlsx, pdf
File size cannot exceed 5 MB each.

If awarded the grant, the applicant agrees to allow Cazenovia Heritage to use the images of the proposed project and/or elevations in award publicity or future promotion.
