This application is for Community Partners of the International Institute of St. Louis (IISTL) and Corporations/Organizations who would like to have a space at Festival of Nations (FON). Please note, Exhibitor booths will NOT be collecting any payments from attendees.

Please complete the application fully. Note: You must send a $25 application fee in order to submit your application successfully.

** Each participant is required to provide their own tent(s), table(s), chair(s), and materials. Tent sizes must be in increments of 10ft. x 10ft.

This year, we ask Exhibitor booths to provide an activation activity for Festival of Nations attendees. The event is one that is by and for the community at large, so we look forward to others being able to share their work, their mission, and their commitment to an inclusive and welcoming region for all.

The final payment will be due upon signing of contract.

The Festival of Nations has an expected attendance of 100,000 - 150,000 people over the course of two days.

BY COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE COMMITTING TO PARTICIPATE IN BOTH DAYS OF THE FESTIVAL (SATURDAY, AUGUST 23 & SUNDAY, AUGUST 24).

** Application Deadline is Friday, June14, 2025 at 11:59 CST.

** Partipants that are similar in nature and/or focused industries/outreach may be grouped together to form special areas within the overall Festival footprint. Examples include religions of the world, nature & outdoors, environment & sustainability, LGBTQ Pride, etc.

1. Licensed Business:
  - Defined as a business who would like to exhibit and promote your brand without conducting any financial transactions.
2. Non-profit:
  - Defined as a documented 501c3 non-profit organization.
  - If you are a non-profit organization, you must be able to provide an official 501c3 IRS determination letter OR a state tax exempt letter.

Payment and Deposit Information
We require a $25 application processing fee today. Total Amount Owed for exhibitor participation will be collected upon signing of contract (July 19th) and will be sent via invoice to the email provided. All payments must be submitted electronically.

Upon application approval, you will receive the Festival contract, invoice, calendar of mandatory meetings, and any additional forms needed.
