  • Our warranty only covers the United States. However, we can still cover defective shoes in Canada under the following conditions.

    Canadian Warranty Requirements

    The shoe issue is a manufacturer defect and not due to abuse, negligence, or excessive wear and tear.

    • A $25 USD replacement fee is paid to cover the extra shipping cost to and from Canada.
    • Canadian returns may be subject to customs and duties in Canada. 
    • You agree to ship the return shoes to our return facility in Canada. 
    • You must save & send the tracking number to support!
  • Unfortunately, the Selkirk Sport Shoe warranty is ONLY available in the United States, Canada, and US Territories at this time.

  • Selkirk Sport 6-month Sole Warranty


    Selkirk Sport CourtStrike and CourtStrike Pro Pickleball shoes are covered by a 6-month Sole Warranty for the outsole. This warranty covers instances where the outsole is worn down and exposes the midsole within 6 months from the purchase date.

    Warranty Details:

    • The warranty only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe bumper, or upper material of the shoe is not covered under the outsole warranty.
    • Each sole warranty claim is limited to a one-time replacement.
    • Selkirk Sport reserves the right to evaluate and decide whether the shoe qualifies for replacement.
    • Should the purchased shoe be discontinued, store credit in the amount of the original purchase price on the invoice may be applied toward another pair of shoes.
    • Please Note: For each valid warranty claim, a flat processing fee of $12 will be applied. This fee is intended to offset the cost of shipping and handling for the replacement shoes along with a return shipping label provided by Selkirk for the damaged shoes. The processing fee will be collected during the claim process and is subject to change. This $12 fee is already incorporated into the $25 shipping fee for Canadian warranties.

     

    Warranty Process Overview:

    • Claim Submission: After submitting your warranty claim, our team will respond within 1-2 business days with the claim result and replacement information.
    • Processing: There is a $12 processing charge for all shoe warranty claims.

    If you are unable to upload photos here, we have the option of receiving them from you via text message. Please text the photos along with your name and claim number (provided to you after completing this form) to 208-996-8686 after you finish the claim. Providing photos will help to avoid the delayed processing times outlined below.

    Processing Time

    Please plan for approximately 2-3 weeks turnaround time. In other words, from the time you ship the shoes to our facility, you should receive replacement shoes within 3 weeks if your warranty claim is approved.

    Once your warranty claim has been submitted, an evaluator will follow up within 1-2 business days with additional instructions regarding shipping your shoes back to Selkirk.

    Once we receive your shoes, we will review them. If your warranty claim is approved, your replacement shoes will ship ASAP.

  • Canada Exchange Processing Time

    Because your address is in Canada, the turn around time for review is 4-6 weeks. In other words, from the time you ship the shoes to our returns depot, it can take up to 6 weeks to receive your shoes back. This processing time is the result of the below.

    • Shipping from your Canadian address to our Canadian returns depot is approximately 1 week.

    • Our Canadian returns depot batch processes and sends Canadian returns to our USA facility every 1-2 weeks depending on volume.

    • Shipping time from the Canadian returns depot to our USA facility is approximately 1 week.

    • After we review your shoes, shipping time to your address in Canada is approximately 2-3 weeks. 

    Once we receive the shoes for review, we cannot guarantee your shoes will be covered under our warranty and replaced free of charge.

    We typically follow up on all claims (including return shipping instructions) within 1-2 business days. If you do not see a follow-up from us, please check your spam/junk/social promotions folder. Sometimes, our emails may be mistakenly filtered to those folders by your email provider.
