Eligibility:
An athlete does NOT require a qualifying total or competition to enter this event.
The competition is open to the first 40 athletes that register for the event.
All Athletes are required to be current members of Powerlifting America by Saturday, January 20, 2025. Membership cards can be purchased here: Join us
Registration Deadline to enter the competition: Friday, January 10, 2025
IPF Weight Classes:
Women: 43kg, 47kg, 52kg, 57kg, 63kg, 69kg, 76kg, 84kg, and 84+kg
Men: 53kg, 59kg, 66kg, 74kg, 83kg, 93kg, 105kg, 120kg, and 120+kg
Uniforms:
All support suits, shirts, wraps, knee sleeves, and singlets must meet the IPF specifications
Awards:
Medals will be given to 1st – 5th place by total and weight class for all divisions. Trophies will be awarded to the best lifters in each competition for Powerlifting, Push-Pull Bench Press Only, Deadlift Only. Best lifter awards are determined by overall GL Points.
Drug-testing:
All registered athletes are subject to drug testing before, during, or after the competition by USADA or CCES!
Coach and Spectator Admission:
Admission for spectators and personal coaches: $10.00 at the door. CASH only.

Session I:
7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Women
7:00am to 8:30am – Weigh in for all Men 53.00kg to 74.00kg
9:00am to 12:00pm – Competition Lifting
12:00pm to 12:30pm – Awards
Session II:
12:00pm to 1:30pm – Weigh in for all Men 83.00kg to 120+kg
2:00pm to 5:00pm – Competition Lifting
5:00pm to 5:30pm – Awards
