PAR-Projects invites past and current residents of Cincinnati's West End (and Queensgate) neighborhood to submit historic photos (dating prior to 2004) to be included in a slide show during the closing reception of PAR-Project's current exhibition "Don't Just Talk About It, Be About It."
This event will take place on Saturday, March 22nd and will include a catered dinner, cash bar, live music and a celebration of the closing of this six-month daul exhibition of James Omar Childress and Mike James.
EXHIBITION SPACE
The Gallery at Studeō PAR- is located in the Northside neighborhood of Cincinnati, within the 15,000 sqft. Studeō PAR- arts complex (directly next door to PAR-Projects). At just under 1,000 square feet, this recently converted industrial gallery space features industrial floors, floating white walls, a small courtyard, and a ceiling height of 11’. Pedestals are limited but available.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DIGITAL IMAGE FORMAT
- Images: Minimum of 1, maximum of 5.
- Application Fee: none
Formatting
- Images must be saved as JPGs
- Images must be sized to the following dimensions: 1200 pixels or greater on the longest side with an image size not exceeding 5MB
- Images must be labeled as follows: image number, first initial, last name, year of photograph (e.g. 1S.Jackson1987.jpg)
USAGE RIGHTS
Before submitting your work, you must accept the following agreement between you as the applicant and PAR-Projects.
The applicant shall retain all copyright of any images they submit to PAR-Projects for use during "West End Review" on March 22, 2025.
The applicant shall consent to the use of submitted images for exhibition as well as the creation of educational and promotional materials including but not limited to use in newspaper, television, radio, social media, and on the Internet.
