The Roof Gallery Maintenance Package – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Upon Signature
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Roof Gallery Maintenance Package (“Maintenance Package”) offered by The Roof Gallery, hereinafter referred to as “Company,” to its customers (“Customer” or “You”). By purchasing a Maintenance Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
Package Options & Pricing
Customers may enroll in one of the following Maintenance Package options:
• Monthly Subscription: $50/month (minimum 12-month commitment)
• Annual Plan: $500/year
• Two-Year Plan: $1,000/2 years
• Three-Year Plan: $1,450/3 years
All package fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment for annual, two-year, and three-year plans.
Covered Services
The Maintenance Package provides routine roof maintenance and minor repairs as follows:
A. Included Services
Annual Roof Inspection – A full visual inspection of the roof, flashing, vents, and gutters for potential damage or wear.
One (1) Leaf & Debris Blow-Off per Year – Clearing of leaves and minor debris from the roof and gutters. (Limited to one per 12-month period.)
Minor Repairs (Limited to $500 per Year) – Small repairs necessary for general roof maintenance, including:
• Re-securing up to 5 loose shingles
• Sealing minor flashing gaps (up to 2 linear feet)
• Reapplying minor sealant to roof penetrations (vents, pipe boots)
• Tightening or replacing up to 5 fasteners on metal roofs
• Small leak patches (limited to 1 sq. ft. repair area)
Discounted Pricing for Additional Repairs – If repairs exceed the $500 limit, the customer will receive a 10% discount on additional repair services.
Priority Scheduling – Customers receive priority over non-package customers for maintenance requests.
B. Exclusions & Limitations
The Maintenance Package does NOT cover:
Insurance-Related or Storm Damage Repairs – This package is strictly for routine maintenance. Any work related to storm damage, fallen trees, wind damage, or insurance claims must be handled separately.
Structural or Major Repairs – This includes full or partial roof replacements, significant structural repairs, or extensive damage exceeding $500 in cost per year.
Gutter Replacement or Extensive Cleaning – While one (1) annual blow-off is included, additional cleanings or gutter replacements must be scheduled and billed separately.
Chimney Repairs – Beyond basic flashing maintenance, any masonry work is excluded.
Pest or Mold Remediation – Addressing pest infestations, mold growth, or rot is outside the scope of this package.
Additional Visits – Customers are entitled to one (1) scheduled visit per year unless additional services are required and billed separately.
Service Requests & Scheduling
• Customers must request covered services via email, phone, or the Company’s website.
• Appointments are subject to availability and will be scheduled at the discretion of the Company.
• Services may be delayed due to weather conditions, material availability, or workforce capacity.
Customer Responsibilities
• The Customer must maintain reasonable care of the roof and gutters, including ensuring that tree branches do not excessively overhang the roof.
• Customers must notify the Company of any existing roof leaks or damage before service visits.
• Failure to properly maintain the roof may void certain service benefits.
Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
• The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage or any issues discovered during an inspection.
• The Company does not guarantee leak-proof conditions but will take reasonable steps to maintain the roof’s integrity within the scope of this agreement.
• This package is NOT a warranty or insurance policy. It does not replace or extend any manufacturer warranty on roofing materials.
Cancellation & Termination
• Customers on the monthly plan must maintain at least 12 months of payments before cancellation.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate a package if:
• The customer misuses or falsely claims covered repairs.
• The roof has deteriorated beyond reasonable maintenance.
• Payments are missed or late.
• No refunds will be issued for early cancellation.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing a Maintenance Package, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
