2026 Student Details
If your school’s SMS system is linked to our API then you do not need to complete this form. If you would like to link your student details directly to iDeaL via your schools SMS please click here for more information.

Our iDeaL team needs to update your students’ details with their new year levels and new classes for 2026.
Once your school’s SMS has been updated with your 2026 classes, please upload your student details to this form using an excel or csv spreadsheet. No PDF’s please.
Below is an example of how we require this information to be sent to us:
Each piece of data will need to be in a separate column:
- First Name
- Last Name
- DOB
- Year Level
- Room Number/Name
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- NSN
Please ensure the file is saved in this format: Your School Name_Student Details
Please note
- We require 1 spreadsheet per school. All classes need to be on one spreadsheet in the same tab.
- Students without NSNs are not able to be added to iDeaL.
- There will be a delay in uploading your students if the details submitted are incomplete.
