Milton Road Surgery - Patient Survey
Introduction
At Milton Road Surgery, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the lease on our current premises will end on 31st March 2025. From 1st April 2025, we have identified an opportunity to move all Milton Road Surgery staff and services to Oddfellows Hall Health Centre, just 0.1 miles away (a 3-minute walk). The new location is a modern facility with ample space to accommodate both patients and staff. We would like to remind you that patients can also access services at The Grays Surgery, our main location. We are committed to ensuring a seamless transition and want to hear your thoughts on this proposal. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us shape our plans to maintain continuity of care and accessibility for all, including our more vulnerable community members. More information about this can be found in the Patient Question and Answer sheet which is available at reception, or on our website at https://www.thegrayssurgery.com Your views are very important to us, and we welcome your comments.
