    • Renewal order with modifications

Starting from an existing model, indicate what you want to keep / change amongst the shape, thicknesses, aesthetic, suspension, etc.
This form will NOT let you upload a scan if choosing this option.

Order starting over from new scan
User was already fitted with a Your® Liner, but you want to start over from scratch. Starting from scratch is more expensive than modifying an existing model, and results are subject to more uncertainty factors

    • TROUBLESHOOTING

Help us pinpoint the issue so we can indicate the most relevant inputs we need to solve this case
    • Unsuitable product

    • Note: Satisfaction warranty claims (for unsuitable products) must be placed within 60 days of the seller's invoice.

    • Broken product

    • ISSUE MAY NOT COME FROM THE LINER

    • If the zones (e.g. pad / donut / DualShore zones) are higher than intended ; and/or you asked for a fully compensated liner but when trying it the pear shape isn't properly compensated, chances are the liner is stretched vertically on the limb. More infos in our FAQ.

Unlike for most other liners, with a Your® Liner, you have to release the vertical tension while donning.

If you are donning the liner with proper release of vertical tension and the problem persists, please take:

      • A video showing the liner being donned on the limb
      • Measurements of the liner on the limb and off the limb, showing how / why the zones are not placed correctly
    • We need to be 100% sure that the liner not vertically stretched, or we might correct a non-existing issue and create more problems down the line.

According to the info you filled in the Troubleshooting section, here are examples / recommendations of how to show us the issue.

    • Please take:

      • A video showing the liner being donned on the limb with proper releasing of vertical tension
      • Pictures with measurement tapes / ruler of the liner on and off the limb, showing how / why the zones are not placed correctly

    • ⬅  FIT OF LINER: DETAILS

Unbearable pressure: User complains from pain / numbness very quickly. Liner can't even be donned.

Too tight: Feeling numb or pain after wearing the liner for a while. Limb red or discoloured after wearing the liner.

      Good fit: Adequate compressions

Not tight enough: Liner is in contact with skin but the compressions are too low. Signs of friction between liner and skin. Liner moves / slides on the skin during gait.

Liner is larger than limb: Air pockets. No contact between limb and liner in some areas.

    • CHANGES COMPARED TO LAST LINER

Tell us what we should keep / change compared to the latest liner we made for this user
    • ✅  WE WILL MAKE CHANGES IF NEEDED,
ACCORDING TO YOUR INPUTS IN THE PREVIOUS MODULES

This module enables you to access the full liner configurator. Use it ONLY IF you want to provide extra details or ask for extra modifications, besides the ones you already described in the Warranty Claim module.

    • Starting a liner from scratch from a new scan can result in a quite different shape.

If you intend to keep the same socket, we strongly recommend modifying the already existing model. For that, select "Renewal order with modifications" instead of "Order stadring over from a new scan"

    • WARNING: Relax silicone should be used only for patients with VERY limited activity levels. By still choosing Relax silicone for a {activityLevel} patient like {patientName}, durability will be limited, and you can not place warranty requests in case of failure / breakage of the silicone body of Your® Liner.

We recommend choosing Active silicone instead.

    • WARNING: marks visible on the 3D scan indicating the heights at which you took the measurements are crucial to help us be more accurate when we control the scan's dimensions.
By not drawing marks on the stump before taking the scan, the risk of obtaining inadequate compressions is increased.
