Terms of Image Submission (Read This)
By submitting images to The Editorial Edit LLC, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to submit them.
By uploading your images, you give The Editorial Edit LLC and anyone acting on our behalf permission to edit, modify, and use the images for product testing, education, tutorials, marketing, website content, email, and social media, including recorded or live edits. This may include before-and-after examples and derivative edits created from your original files. These rights are granted without compensation.
We always aim to present both your work and our presets in the best possible light. If we choose to share your images publicly, it’s because they look great, the edits look great, and the result makes everyone involved look very good. No roasting. No weird takes. Just solid work you’ll probably want to repost.
We’re spelling this out now so there are no “wait, what?” emails later know. If something goes live and this section was skipped, we can’t rewind time. We promise we’re using your work because it looks great, not to cause drama.
We’ll make reasonable efforts to credit the photographer when images are shared publicly, but credit cannot be guaranteed in every context, especially during live edits or short-form content.
If you’d prefer your images not be used publicly, just email us after submission and we’ll honor that request for future use whenever possible. By submitting your images, you agree to these terms.
