Standard booths are 10' x 10' but vary in price depending on size. Tents are required but not supplied by PAR-Projects. Additionally, as part of this event will take place after dark, vendors are required to supply lights for their tents (string, lamp, etc.). PAR-Projects will provide access to electricity for all vendors.
Registaration closes Monday, September 8th at 11:59pm. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by Friday, September 12th, 2025.
PAR-Projects accepts various artisan made items and art from a variety of media including: paintings, pottery, jewelry, glass works, sculpture, woodworking, as well as many others. All goods are welcome, but it should be noted that this is an outdoor event, and all art and goods should be able to withstand typical outside occurrences (wind, rain, heat, etc.).
RULES/REGULATIONS
PAR-Projects does not provide anything other than space and access to electricity. As part of this event will take place after dark, vendors are required to supply lights for their tents (string, lamp, etc.) If accepted, your submission of an application is a commitment to participate in the 2025 Block Party. The Vendor also authorizes the use of the images submitted for marketing purposes.
VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Each participating vendor is responsible for the following:
Providing their own tent, chairs, tables, lights, etc.
Set up and take down of all artist materials
Staffing their booth
All sales transactions and payment of all sales taxes
The vendor's presence during the event is REQUIRED
JURYING
All materials are reviewed by PAR-Projects staff and selected outside judges. Judgement will be based on the work submitted, so high quality photography is recommended. All decisions are final and confidential. In the event of inconsistency with submitted work PAR-Projects reserves the right to remove the artist (without a refund of fees) from the Block Party. Accepted applicants will be notified by Friday, September 12th, 2025.
REFUNDS
The $15 application fee is non-refundable. A refund of the booth fee may only be administered if the vendor has already paid the booth fee and is no longer able to attend due to extraordinary circumstance.
