De Sering Catering Essential Info:

The Meal

We only offer our De Sering meal as a complete package with a fixed price (unless, for E.g You may request just soup, but you will still be charged for the full meal.

The Logistics (Pick up/Delivery/Hot/Cold)

We generally have a strong preference for pick up due to the limited capacity of our organisation.

Therefore, our delivery fees are quite high to make this option financially viable - within Amsterdam, this is €60 for each way (€120 for the round trip). We charge an additional €10 per extra 10km. This is rounded up.

Hot Meal requests and borrowed materials

If we need to make two trips, the delivery fee is doubled (€240). e.g., if we need to come back to pick up any borrowed materials (pots/gastros/serving spoons).

If you want hot food, but need delivery and cannot afford the delivery fee for two trips, we cannot offer this catering to you UNLESS you can somehow drop off what you borrowed.

OR

For cost / logistical efficiency, we can package your food cold in vacuum bags, and nothing needs to be returned to us.

Please note:

- Heating large batches of food can be challenging with normal household equipment; thus, be very sure you can do this before opting for vacuum packs.

- We always offer to borrow serving equipment at a small fee (see below).

- Any borrowed equipment that must be returned should be done so before 11:00 am the next day.
