Important Application Information – Please Read Before You Begin

All information provided in this form will be used for the official Mud Trail brochure, so please ensure it is accurate and complete.

Before starting your application, please gather all required assets, including high-quality photos of your work and a clear description of your practice.

To participate in the Mud Trail, you will need to:
1. Be a current member of North Coast Ceramics.
2. Hold active Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $20,000,000 that includes your studio over the Mud Trail dates.
3. The application form needs to be fully completed and submitted by midnight on March 31st, 2026.

As a community-driven initiative, the success of the Mud Trail relies entirely on the collective contributions and efforts of our members.

By applying, you acknowledge that participation requires attending as many scheduled pre-event meetings in person as possible, contributing your skills, expertise & experience to help bring the event to life. A zoom link will be provided for members that are unable to participate in meetings in-person.

As NCC is a volunteer organisation run by our members. Your participation in the Mud Trail ensures the future of NCC events. We appreciate your commitment and look forward to collaborating with you to make the Mud Trail a success.
