🎨 Seeking:
• Artisans & makers with original, handmade, upcycled, or artistically designed goods
• Food vendors including trucks, trailers, and pop-ups
• Priority goes to queer-identifying applicants. Allies will be accepted as space allows
• No MLMs, resellers, or service-based businesses — we are focusing on the art of Pride

THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT!

💸 Vendor Pricing:
• 10x10 Artisan Booth: $45 Early Bird (through May 7), $55 Regular (after May 7)
• Food Truck Space: $45 Early Bird (through May 7), $55 Regular (after May 7)

🕒 Event Hours:
• Required vending: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Optional vending: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (this portion becomes a full Pride celebration with drag and live performances — less family-friendly, more fabulous)
• No late set-ups or early tear-downs allowed — it disrupts the vibe of the market.

📋 Important Details:
• This is a juried event — applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced, high-quality vendor mix
• Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and display materials
• All accepted vendors will receive a detailed email one week before the event, including load-in times, parking info, and safety guidelines

✅ Acceptance Process:
• Email confirmation acknowledging receipt will be sent within 7 days of application
• If not accepted, you’ll be notified and refunded as soon as possible
• Final vendor info — including load-in instructions, map, and marketing materials — will be emailed closer to the event.

• Apply by May 26th or until all 60+ spaces are filled — first-come, first-reviewed

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:*

Artist/Vendor will be assigned load in time based on booth placement, for the purpose of setting up Artist/Vendor’s stall, goods, and other things necessary and reasonable to vending at the location. All materials to be provided by Artist/Vendor including but not limited to: tent/canopy, tables, chairs, signage, power supply if necessary.Artist/Vendor’s stall will be kept clean and orderly; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the City of Wichita and State of Kansas.Please, no loud music, noise, or sound amplification devices to be used. We will be featuring local musicians throughout the event and we want to be courteous to their performances.Artist/Vendor will have access to the location for up to 1 hour after the event’s conclusion to dismantle and remove all things brought to the location by the Artist/Vendor. Please leave the location clean of trash and debris.Cancellations are to be submitted in writing no later than 4 weeks in advance of market to aid us in the planning of booth assignments/ requests and promotions of the event. After May 15, all fees are non refundable. If Dragging Douglas Pride & Arts Festival cancels due to circumstance including, but not limited to, weather the booth fees will be eligible to be applied to future market or comparable event hosted by Dragging Douglas.No late set up or early tear down allowed. Vendors that do not comply will not be accepted back to a Dragging Douglas or ICT Bazaars event.I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dragging Douglas Pride & Arts Festival/ICT Bazaars against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Artist/Vendor’s presence at the Event and Artists/ Vendor’s activities of any kind and agree to the terms listed above
