- We’re always open to discussing your budget—especially for community events or good causes. While we may be able to offer some flexibility, please keep in mind that our pricing reflects a premium service. Each booking includes expert-level design, print, and photography skills to ensure your photos look amazing with crisp prints and professional lighting. Every event also involves software licensing, materials, custom-designed screens and print templates, travel, setup and takedown time, and an on-site attendant.
- Yes, we can enable text or email sharing from the booth upon request. However, we typically streamline this process with a digital gallery accessible via a QR code displayed at the event. Guests can view, save, and share any photo instantly—without the hassle of entering personal info, which helps keep the line moving and avoids incorrect data entries.
- Absolutely! You're welcome to provide your own backdrop. Just keep in mind that backdrops often make up only a small portion of the photo—especially for button or magnet prints. Text or signs on the backdrop may not be visible in group shots or with guests of varying heights. If you want names, dates, or event details, we recommend incorporating those into the photo print template instead.
  
  If you'd like to explore backdrop options, we suggest premiumonebackdrops.com or pbbackdrops.com. Let us know the design you choose and we can order it for you (additional cost: $110–$150).
  
  If you're going the custom route, we recommend using a local printer. You're welcome to use our backdrop stand—just be sure your backdrop fits a pillowcase tension frame sized 2280x2250mm (7.6’x7.6’).
  
  Alternatively, we offer digital backdrops using our Background Remove feature (see below).
- Our Background Remove feature automatically replaces the background with any image you choose—no green screen needed! This feature requires a WiFi connection and is an upgraded service due to the per-photo processing costs.
  
  Pricing:
  • $30/hour for single-photo sessions using a 4"x6" print template
  • +$30/hour per additional photo per session
  
  Example: A 3-photo template = $90/hour and still includes unlimited sessions and print copies.
- Our open-air booth setup requires:
  • 8'x8' for the prints-only package
  • 8'x10' for magnet/button packages
- • Prints-only: Instantly printed and ready in about 15 seconds
  • Magnet/Button packages: Add about 15–20 seconds per item to convert prints
  
  Additional copies may cause minor delays, but it's rare for production to take more than 10 minutes. Guests can leave and return to pick up their items from our display board.
- We generally avoid outdoor events unless the setup area is fully covered and completely protected from sun, wind, and weather. Our equipment is sensitive, and we prioritize safety and quality.

  Digital phone numbers and email addresses entered at the photo booth are used exclusively for immediate delivery routing and are not permanently archived or stored for marketing purposes.
  
  4. SMS Privacy & Consent (Carrier Compliance)

  Welcome to Static Cat Studio LLC. By using our physical photo booth services or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
  
  1. Photo Booth Digital Delivery
  By entering your mobile phone number or email address on our photo booth touchscreen user interface, you explicitly request and consent to receive a one-time automated text message (SMS/MMS) or email containing a digital copy or link to your photo booth media.
  
  2. SMS Terms (Carrier Rules)
  One-Time Messages: Text messages sent from our system are transactional and sent only upon direct request by the user at the machine. No recurring text subscriptions are created.
  Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  Opt-Out: Because these are one-time requested text messages, you will not receive future messages. However, you may reply STOP to any message to permanently block our number from routing messages to your device.
  3. Content Ownership & Use
  By participating in the photo booth experience, you understand that your photos are hosted on a secure digital server to allow you to download them. You retain the personal rights to your image. Static Cat Studio LLC will not sell your photos to third parties.
  
  4. Limitation of Liability
  Static Cat Studio LLC is not responsible for text delivery failures resulting from carrier network congestion, invalid phone numbers entered by the user, or mobile device service interruptions.
