Can I use Pudo lockers for exchanges or returns?
Unfortunately we do not facilitate Pudo lockers
Why am I being charged two delivery fees for one exchange?
We need to book two shipments: one for delivery, and one for collection. The courier is not able to collect a garment if they are unsure of where it must go. To this effect, a collection and return will likely not happen at the exact same time.
I am making an exchange, and my garment has been collected. How long until my new garment is delivered?
We dispatch your new garment once we receive your previous one. It may take up to 10 working days for the exchange process to complete.
