Shame as an Artist's Superpower | June 3Shame is an emotion that is painful to experience and usually left unaddressed; we avoid it all costs and yet it often drives every one of our decisions, especially as artists and creatives. How we relate to our shame has the power to deeply impact our lives, our music, and our relationships. This session is aimed at reframing this natural human emotion by examining how we can use it as a tool for healthier decision-making, ultimately leading to more fulfilling relationships and careers. Hosted by Jared Farley of Porter's Call.

Work/Life Unbalance in Artist Management | June 25This session reveals a truth everyone eventually faces, especially in artist management: there is no perfect balance. The real aim is mental wellness maintained in the Work/Life Unbalance. Nobody likes being told they can't have it all, but everyone has constraints on their time and energy. Every choice has a cost. The objective is gaining greater understanding of balance and navigating career/life choices that can ease stress of the industry. If we aim to maintain mental wellness in the industry, we may need to first shift our beliefs and goals in achieving perfect balance. Perhaps thriving and finding joy in the imbalance! Hosted by Elizabeth Porter of Entertainment Health Services.
