All requests to use Special Purpose Funds (SPFs) must be submitted to Holy Cross Health Foundation for review and approval.
The Philanthropy & Development team will confirm that the request aligns with donor intent, the fund has sufficient balance, and all required leadership approvals are in place.

Guidelines for Accessing Special Purpose Funds
- Submit the SPF Request Form before incurring any expenses or making vendor commitments on behalf of Holy Cross Health.
- Requestors and their leaders are encouraged to review the most recent SPF report from accounting to verify fund availability and ensure the expense aligns with donor intent. Please note: The report does not reflect pending expenses or commitments already in process, and an available balance does not guarantee approval. All requests are evaluated based on donor intent, organizational priorities, and required leadership approvals.
