A. Session Fees
Payment: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking.
Additional Services: Extra editing or additional digital photos are available for $75 per image. All 8 x 10 physical prints are available at $25 per image.
B. Rescheduling
Forfeiture: If rescheduling is requested with less than 24 hours’ notice or if the session is canceled, the session fee is non-refundable. Session with Pa Kou Beauty can NOT be rescheduled.
Session Transfer: Sessions can be transferred to another person with at least 72 hours’ notice for the same appointment time only. All transfers must be approved by Pa Chia Xiong.
Photographer's Right to Reschedule: The photographer may reschedule the session in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, adverse weather, or equipment issues.
C. Re-Shoots / Refunds
Photographer’s Discretion: The photographer reserves the right to determine if a re-shoot is warranted.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds or re-shoots will not be provided due to choices related to clothing, makeup, weather conditions, or failure to follow the photographer’s guidance.
D. Archive
Image Storage: Images are stored on the photographer’s drive for six months before being purged unless selected for promotional use.
No Responsibility for Damage: The photographer is not responsible for any loss or damage to files beyond their control.
E. Payment
Full Payment Required: All orders require full payment unless a payment plan is arranged.
Order Processing: Orders will be processed only after full payment has been received.
F. Model Release
Permission Granted to Photographer: By booking, the client grants Pa Chia Xiong the right to copyright and use images for promotional purposes, including advertising.
Release from Claims: The client releases the photographer from any claims regarding the use of the images, including privacy concerns.
G. Liability
Injury Responsibility: The photographer is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the session. Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of their children, releasing the photographer from any liability.
H. Copyright & Penalty
Copyright Ownership: Pa Chia Xiong Photography retains all copyrights to the images.
Print Release: A print release is provided, allowing the client to print images for personal use within the size limits specified.
I. Session Requests
Session Timing: Sessions start at the scheduled time. Arriving 10 minutes early for preparation is recommended.
Outfit Changes: A maximum of three outfits is allowed.
No Additional Children: Only children being photographed should be present at the session.
Appearance Preparation: We will send an email with beauty service preparation.
J. Post-Production
Timeline: Please allow 14 days (2 weeks) to deliver your retouched photos.
Online Gallery:
You’ll receive a private link to your photo session gallery via email. From there, you’ll be able to view your images and select your favorite photos for professional retouching.
- Additional retouched images are available for purchase at $75 each.
- Physical prints can be ordered for $25 per photo.
