Swimming camps consist of 4 separate levels which are primarily divided by age. Students will be taught accordingly to their individual swimming ability within the educational framework we have designed.
Blue Whale develops students’ core skills, such as water familiarization, breathing control, floatation, submersion and rotation. The skills Splash Swimming presents are essential to be ‘Water Safe’ and they are the foundation for developing basic techniques for all 4 strokes.
Humpback Whale develops freestyle and backstroke techniques* and also provides a unique opportunity for students to learn lifesaving skills. (#)
Killer Whale develops breaststroke and butterfly stroke techniques* and also provides a unique opportunity for students to learn lifesaving skills. (#)
Pre-Team Training Camp prepares students for competition and team tryouts, primary focuses on performance endurance and introduces diving and turning techniques.
# Lifesaving will take up the last 15 minutes of the class and will introduce methods of ‘self-saving’ alongside tools that can be used to save others.
