Welcome to The Birth Squad Monthly Meetup Series! This event is a great opportunity to connect with other Denver-area moms & birthers to share experiences, and support each other in a fun, relaxed environment that centers mental wellness and community building. Whether you're a new mom/birther or have been around the block a few times, you and baby(ies) are welcome! Come ready to chat, laugh, and find your people. We can't wait to see you and baby!

Location and Details

Our 2025 Monthly Meetup Series is hosted by the Denver Children's Museum, 2121 Children's Museum Dr, Denver, CO 80211. Parking is free, admission is free if you mention you are with the Birth Squad. We meet in the Skyline Room which is behind the cafe area to your left when enter. We typically spend the beginning half of the hour in the dedicated room and then we move to the Bloom exhibit for babies and toddlers for free play. Any Birth Squad participant can stay for as long as they'd like before or beyond our scheduled meetup.
Interpretation

Currently our meetups are led by primarily English-speaking individuals but we often have bilingual (English/Spanish) co-facilitators.
Transportation
We don't want transportation to be the reason you miss a session! Please indicate below if you need help getting to class.

Is this event open to all moms/birthers?

While we won't turn folks away, the events are aimed toward bringing together moms/birthers in the area we serve which is the Denver area.

Are babies welcome?

Yes! We choose infant and toddler friendly spaces specifically so moms/birthers can relax and meet others while babies are safe and entertained.

What if I don't have my baby with me?

You are still welcome and there is still community to be gained/built! Just know that there will likely be other babies present.

I have not attended a Birth Squad mental health support group, can I still attend?

Yes! While we obviously encourage attendees to check out a support group (even if you don't need support but instead want to be of support to other moms), monthly events are aimed at building community as a mental health support tactic!

My baby has not had a lot of experience around people and might cry or be distracting, is this ok?

Kids are always distracting! Don't worry! We are bringing together others who know the struggle!
