    The SFSS/SFU Food Pantry aims to support food insecure students with emergency top-up food and personal care supplies. We want to ensure that the Pantry continues to improve its service to SFU students. The information we collect will help us ensure we continue to meet student needs safely and responsibly as they emerge. We look forward to seeing you!

  • COLLECTION NOTICE

    The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 468). It will be used to better understand how the Pantry can improve its services.

    Your name and contact information will be used to verify your identity as a student when accessing the Food Pantry and, where necessary, to contact you regarding Food Pantry services.

    This information may also be used in aggregate, non-identifying form for statistical purposes, program evaluation, and reporting to the Food Pantry and its funding partners.

    We will not sell, disclose, or share your personal information except where required or authorized by law. Personal information will not be included in statistical reports or annual reports in a manner that identifies individual users.
