    Let's start with who you are.
  • Ceremony Participation Details (Early)

  • To participate early, you must meet the below requirements and have approval from your advisor. If you do not meet the below, you cannot participate early and should not continue with this request.

    • Are graduating the semester following the ceremony you want to participate in.
    • Have applied to graduate for the semester following the ceremony you want to participate in.
    • Have registered for your remaining classes needed to graduate; if registration is open.
    • Have a maximum of 12 credit hours remaining at the time of ceremony participation.
    • Meet your Major's GPA requirement.
    • Are in good academic standing at the time of this request.
    • Are in good ASU financial standing at the time of this request.
  • Ceremony Participation Details (Late)

  • Fulton Schools Engineering graduates have up to two years to participate in a Convocation ceremony after graduating. Fulton Schools Engineering graduates who graduated in 2020 or 2021 Spring are exempt from the two year rule due to the cancellation of in-person ceremonies during that time.

    Should you need an invitation letter for visa purposes, email graduation@asu.edu. They are the only ones who can help you obtain this letter.
