The Lanier Mediation Advocacy Academy is a unique negotiation training program tailored to successful trial lawyers and their resolution of litigated cases. Highly interactive in format and requiring the full engagement of participants, the course combines dynamic presentations, experiential exercises, and lively discussion to advance the skills of already experienced practitioners. To assemble a dynamic and diverse cohort, we kindly request that all registrants meet the following criteria:

Cancellations received 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Ticket transfers between individuals are allowed up to 15 days prior to the event. Ticket transfers to a future event are allowed until the event begins. Once the event begins, ticket transfers are strictly prohibited.
