• School Pantry Interest Form

  • Thank you for reaching out in regards to partnering with Feeding Tampa Bay and our school pantry program, Feeding Minds. To help us learn more about your school, please fill out our Interest Form found below.

When adding new School Panrty Parnters, we have several factors we take into consideration, including taking into account our agency network, meals gaps, funding, and school's willingness to partner, as well as priorities for the school district.   It's always a big help to have this information for when opportunities present themselves to launch a new pantry partner!

Please keep in mind, this is only an interest form.  Filling this out does not guarantee a partnership but it does keep you top of mind as opportunities to partner with new locations arise. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support and we hope to be able to partner with you in the future.
