This group is focused on helping members feel seen and supported through event volunteering, outreach, and relationship building. You’ll meet 4–6 times virtually and support NWIIWA events throughout the year as needed.

This committee helps shape our biggest learning and development events especially the Professional Women’s Conference. You’ll assist with session planning, speaker ideas, and sponsorship outreach to make each event impactful.
Expect 6–8 virtual meetings per year, plus additional time leading up to major events.

This committee helps build powerful mentor-mentee connections by reviewing applications, making thoughtful pairings, and offering ongoing support. Your efforts directly shape the growth of emerging leaders in our network. You’ll meet 4–6 times virtually and invest about 1 hour per month, with additional support around kickoff events.
