Leadership Succession Committee Application
To be eligible to serve on the Leadership Succession Committee, individuals shall have been voting members of ONS for no fewer than five (5) years prior to committee membership. We ask that you keep question responses to a minimum of 250 words, but please take a few moments to reflect before answering. You will be required to upload a CV at the end of the application. Deadline for submission is October 23, 2026.
