    PLEASE READ! 

     Fancy Tax Solutions does not guarantee or provide a minimum number of clients or income. Preparers are responsible for developing their clientele unless otherwise communicated by the Company.

    1. I understand the compensation split is 60% to the preparer / 40% to Fancy Tax Solutions.
    2. I understand there is a $200 onboarding fee if accepted into the program.
    3.  I understand I may earn $100 of the onboarding fee back after successfully completing 10 qualifying paid tax returns, subject to program terms.
    4.  I understand the program includes professional tax software, office access, software/onboarding training, tax-season support, private Facebook group access, marketing resources, and access to applicable Fancy Tax Solutions systems/resources.
    5.  I understand that this is NOT a beginner tax preparation course.
    6. I understand I must obtain/maintain an active PTIN before preparing returns.
    7. I understand that Fancy Tax Solutions does not guarantee clients or income.
    8. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance.
