BCI Superstars - Nomination Form

Thank you for taking the time to nominate a fellow employee for being a Superstar in one of the Recognition Categories below. When the Employee Recognition Committee receives this completed form, the Nominee will be notified and recognized by the leadership of Blackstone Consulting, Inc.

Announcements of the quarterly honorees will be communicated through several internal channels: Email and Viva Engage. In addition to the above, if an employee is recognized as an honoree, their photo and recognition details may be posted on the following social media sites: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Once an employee is selected, the Committee will send recognition as well as obtain permissions for posting.

Note: You may not nominate yourself. Also, only BCI employees can submit nominations for other employees. If you do not work for BCI, please submit your reason to nominate to the employee's manager or above leader.
