Interested in being featured on the consumer-fcoused Aesthetic Society Instagram? Use this form to submit before and after Instagram posts only for review. At this time, we are not accepting reels, videos, or other formats.

You must be an Aesthetic Society member or an AlliedPro member to be eligible for a feature. You must accept the Instagram collaboration invite from @theaestheticsoc to be featured.

Please only submit content that has already been posted on your own social media account(s).

Be sure to include a direct link to your original post when submitting for consideration.

Selected submissions will be formatted into our branded Instagram template and shared as a collaborative Instagram post with your account. All content is subject to review, and you will be notified via email if your submission is accepted and when it will be posted.

All submissions are subject to review by The Aesthetic Society. If your post is selected for publication, you will be notified via email and/or tagged in the post and will recieve an Instagram collaboration invitation from @theaestheticsociety.

Term & Conditions:

1. Only the System Administrator may post pictures or other potential PHI.

2. The System Administrator, at his/her discretion, may take down any posts that may be defamatory, inciting, or contrary to the Ethics of the Society.

3. In determining which pictures to post, the System Administrator will consider:

A. Patient consent has been verified by the submitting member. Those submitting their social content are solely responsible for having obtained appropriate patient releases for all photographs and for any other information presented that might allow identification of patients. It is recommended that, for your protection, written patient releases be worded broadly enough to cover all aspects of social media, including public exposure of the patient’s identity.

B. Images are clinically significant.

C. Images are significant from a marketing perspective.

D. After images are chosen, member images will not be featured on The Aeshetic Society Instagram more than twice per year.
