2025/2026 Season Registration Form

Please fill out the following form to submit your registration!
Before submitting your registration, we just wanted to go over a few things with anyone who may have not danced with us before!

Our Season begins September 8th. The Season runs for 36 weeks, until our Year End Recital which is the first week of June. All Holiday breaks, (Winter break, March Break, etc.) will be posted on our calendar!

Our Recital takes place at the Historic Gravenhurst Opera House where we have been performing since 1996. We have 4 Shows each year! Our dates for 2026 are:

June 5th (1 Show), June 6th (2 Shows) and June 7th (1 Show)

Our younger dancers (Pre-Dance) do not perform all 4 shows. This will be discussed with all the parents closer to the recital!

By registering your dancer, you are committing to a full year of classes. Their Instructor, and the rest of their group will be working all year on their routines to prepare for this show, so their full commitment is necessary!

The Parent/Guardian Information which is given at registration will be the main contact (email and phone) for any studio updates throughout the season.
This person will also be in charge of the dancer's account balance.

Payment Options:

Once you have chosen your classes, and we have officially registered your dancer for their season of dance, we will send you the price for the year, as well as the Payment Options. When choosing a payment option, you are expected to follow through with these due dates. Not following through/late payments will result in late fees added to your account, as well as possible dismissal from the program.

Payment Options will Include:

PAYMENT IN FULL
FULL PAYMENT DUE AT REGISTRATION (ADDED 5% DISCOUNT)

HALF INSTALLMENTS
HALF PAYMENT AT REGISTRATION, OTHER HALF FEBRUARY 1ST (2 PAYMENTS)

MONTHLY
8 PAYMENTS SEPTEMBER-APRIL WITH CARD ON FILE (EXTRA FEE) (8 PAYMENTS)

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will NOT be issued without a written withdrawal notice to the office.

A two week notification of withdrawal must be in writing notifying Just 4 Kicks' office of the student’s name, class and reason for withdrawal. The official date of withdrawal is effective upon receipt of written notice.

After February 1st, there are no refunds. All of your paid fees will be issued in the form of a credit on your account. If choosing Payment in Full, please keep this in mind.

All costume deposits will be returned in full if the costume order has not been placed. If one has been ordered, it is yours, and you will be able to pick it up when it arrives.
