This is a pickup-style ball hockey session for women aged 16+. It’s designed for casual play, fitness, and fun in a relaxed environment. Players will rotate in and out to keep the game fast-paced and inclusive. Each week, an updated roster will br sent in the whatsapp group. You must sign up and pay each week.

Equipment:
- Helmets with cage/visor and gloves are mandatory for all players.
- Non-marking shoes and soft indoor sticks are required.
To become a member of the club, one must:
- Complete the registration form
- Adhere to and agree with the Code of Conduct Policy
- Sign the Waiver and Liability Agreement
- A confirmation of your registration will be sent to your email.
