When: Saturday, August 30th, 2025 (Rain Date: Sunday , Aug 31st, 2025) | Time: Vendor Set-Up starts at 10am, Gates open to the Public at 12pm, Ring Time 1:30-3:30pm | Where: NY Clover Stadium, 1 Palisades Credit Union Park Drive, Pomona, NY 10970 | Vendor Spaces inside stadium, some are covered & uncovered spaces | Tents are allowed at certain locations, most spots also has access to electricity, except Food Truck areas, no electricity is provided | Nothing is provided, so please be prepared with your set up along with the weather | Informational Vendors $25 | Vendors $50 | Pre-packaged Food Vendors $100 | Food Truck/Vendors $200 | 1st Responders/Military/Veterans Vendors FREE | This event has a Rain Date for the next day on Sunday (Aug 31, 2025); in the event of extreme weather, your vendors fees are considered donations, therefore no refunds are allowed, we hope you understand that this is a fundraiser | For more information, please call/text (845) 859-0050 or (845) 537-9229 | Email: info@tohcc.org
