The Hare Salon Bunny Spa

Thank you for allowing us to care for your rabbit at our Bunny Spa! Please fill out a separate form for each rabbit attending. This spa operates as a donation-based fundraiser, with a suggested sliding scale (donations made at the time of your appointment):

• $10–$20 per rabbit for Pawdicure
• $10–$20 per rabbit for Blow Out
• $20-$30 per rabbit for Tangle Tamer
• $15-$30 per Meet n’ Greet Session

Pawdicure (15 minutes per bunny)

A gentle nail trimming session designed to keep your bunny’s feet healthy and comfortable.

Blow Out (15 minutes per bunny)

A gentle brushing session to remove loose fur and help reduce shedding. Perfect for maintaining a soft, healthy coat—especially during molting season.

Tangle Tamer (30 minutes per bunny)

A more focused grooming service for bunnies with tangles or mats. We’ll carefully remove mats and tidy up their coat to restore comfort and prevent skin irritation.

Meet n’ Greet: Rabbit Bonding Support (up to 60 minutes per session)

Thinking about finding a friend for your bunny? Our Meet n’ Greet service provides a safe, neutral space for your rabbit to meet a potential companion. We’ll observe their interaction, help assess compatibility, and offer personalized guidance on how to move forward with bonding successfully and safely.

With every visit, your rabbit will also receive a COMPLIMENTARY weight check, scent gland cleaning, and brief wellness check of eyes, ears, skin, and body for lumps or abnormalities. While not a substitute for veterinary care, this is a great way to stay proactive about your bunny’s health between vet visits.

Cancellation Policy

Our Spa Days often fill up quickly and missed or last-minute cancellations mean lost donations, so we kindly ask that you provide at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer your appointment to another client and continue raising funds for our community rabbit fundraiser.

• I give permission for minor grooming procedures, including nail trimming, scent gland cleaning, basic brushing, mat removal, and visual wellness checks.
• I understand grooming carries inherent risks (e.g., stress, injury, underlying conditions being triggered) and accept full responsibility.
• I understand that the Grooming Clinic is not a veterinary service, and any health observations shared by volunteers are not diagnoses.
• I confirm my rabbit is currently in stable health and is not showing signs of illness, injury, or infection.
• I confirm I have disclosed any known medical or behavioral concerns.
• I understand services may be paused or stopped if my rabbit is distressed or unsafe to handle.
• I release and hold harmless Well Kept Rabbit and its representatives from all liability related to injury, illness, or loss.
• I understand I am responsible for any veterinary care in the case of a medical emergency.
