Please Upload proof of vaccine history. We ask all pets are up to date with annual boosters as well as the kennel cough vaccine (kc should be administered at least two weeks before stay). These are legal standards for UK&NI.

Check-Out Policy

To ensure every guest enjoys the same high standard of care, our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

A late check-out option is available until 1:00 PM for an additional £5.

For departures after 1:00 PM, a full day’s rate will apply.

We ask all owners confirm a time for drop off and collection with a member of staff when making their booking.

Every effort will be made to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of pets in the staffs care, however, I understand that accidents or unexpected incidents can happen.
