*When we arrive if there are more steps or stairs than quoted, an additional fee of $25 per step will apply.

The rates that apply to the service performed under this cartage agreement are based on the following limits of liability:

1.The carrier is not responsible for internal working parts of the merchandise covered by this agreement.

2.The carrier is not responsible for damage to sidewalks, driveways, stairways, or walls.

3.The carrier is not responsible for tile, linoleum, carpet, floors, or floor coverings.

4.The client by signing this document hereby agrees to indemnify and hold HPC harmless as a result of any damages not documented
