Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just getting started, the Know You Value Fitness Run-Walk Club welcomes all paces and fitness levels. This is a supportive, fun, and community-driven group focused on getting active, staying healthy, and connecting with others. Our weekly meetups include optional group runs and walks, motivation, and plenty of encouragement.Children are welcome to participate, but must be accompanied and attended to at all times. A separate registration form must be completed for each child.Sign up today and take the first step toward a healthier you — one stride at a time! We meet every weekend (2 Saturdays out the month and 2 Sundays out the month).The schedule for upcoming months will be sent out monthly! Upcoming Events: New Year’s Trot January 3rd.
