  • Thank you for taking the time to nominate a 4th–12th grade Girl Scout for the Heart of Promise Award.

    This special recognition honors Girl Scouts who consistently demonstrate caring service and kindness toward their fellow Girl Scout sisters—whether through their troop, individual members, or the broader service unit.

    The Heart of Promise Award celebrates not only the meaningful contributions these girls make, but also the spirit in which they serve—motivating others to be compassionate, recognize the needs of those around them, and take action to make the world a better place.

    Your nomination helps shine a light on the heart and dedication of a true Girl Scout.

    Nomination deadlines are Oct. 15th and Jan. 15th

    As you complete this form, it may help you to think about the following:

    • How has the service performed by the Girl Scout been impactful at the troop or service unit level?
    • Was the impact beyond a one-time act of kindness?
