To meet this eligibility criteria, your home or business address must fall within the shaded areas of the interactive map. 

(Shaded areas on the map represent Portland census tracts with an Income Threshold of 100 or below. This map is updated annually using the latest data from the StatsAmerica Distress Tool)

Please check whether you meet this eligibility criteria using these steps:

1. Open the map. This link will open in a new window/tab.
   
   
2. Click the magnifying glass in the red area at the top left of the page. It will look like this:
   
   
3. Type in your home or business address and click Enter/Return, or you may also click on the blue address link that appears below. It will look like this:
   
   
   
4. Look at the map to see if your address is within one of the shaded areas. Below, you can see two examples. On the left is an address (shown as a small red dot) that IS within the shaded area. On the right is an addres that IS NOT within the shaded area.
   
               
   
    
5. Go back to your grant application form.
   • If your address is within a green shaded area, you may check the box next to this criteria.
   • If your address does not fall within a green shaded area, leave the box unchecked.
