    Welcome to the new Lake Almanor Country Club (LACC) online process to participate in the LACC rental program. This is a new procedure that will provide you with an easier and more simplified registration. This also allows the staff to process and respond quickly to requests. This form will provide you with vital information you will need to know during your stay in the community. Make sure you check out the Renter Handbook and our website for fun activities and events happening during your stay. We appreciate your patience while we transition to the online platform, and we hope you have a wonderful stay with us.

    Definitions:

    ·       Member: Owner of LACC property

    ·       Renter: Any person who rents a property inside LACC for any length of time 

    ·       Short-term renter or STR: 30 days or less

    ·       Seasonal renter or SR: 31 – 179 days

    ·       Long-term renter or LTR: 180 days or more

     

    Steps to complete this process: (detailed information provided later in this application)

    1.  Read, complete, sign and submit this Renter Registration Application online. This form needs to be filled out by every renter at least 3 days before the rental period begins.     

    NOTE: You will need the property address, name and the email address of the member or designated representative who is facilitating this rental.

    2.  Once your application is approved by LACC we will send an email to you and the member / designated representative advising you of the approval.

    3.  After approval of this application and before your rental period begins, you will receive a text message from the member or designated representative with your myQ electronic entry code for entrance at Clifford Guest Gate (gate next to building).

    NOTE: If you arrive after hours, you must return to Clifford Gate and obtain a pass for your vehicle.

  • Rules

  • Listed below are the primary rules you will need to follow while staying with us.

    *This is not a complete list of all details regarding rentals. For a complete list of rules please see the Member Handbook: Rules and Regulations, Rental Handbook and Fees & Fines available on our public website.

     

    All Renters:

    ·  25 MPH or less at all times (Photo radar enforcement used).

    ·  No dogs allowed.

    ·  No use of any golf carts, off highway vehicles, snowmobiles or dirt bikes is allowed.

    ·  No recreational vehicles or camping are allowed.

    ·  Do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for people or vehicles set by the member.

     

    Violations of rules:
    Violation of any rules may result in a citation or loss of facility use privileges. If a fine is assessed, it is your responsibility to pay for it.

  • Access

  • Short-Term Renter (STR):  

    ·         Before you arrive, you, the primary renter will receive a text message with a myQ electronic entry code issued to you by the member or designated representative after the rental application is approved.

    ·         When you first arrive, you will need to enter through the Clifford Gate entrance. You will need to provide the gate staff with the name of the primary renter and address of the property where you will be staying. In addition to the myQ electronic entry code you previously received, you will be issued a paper pass which must always be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay.  

    NOTE: If you arrive after hours at the start of your rental period, you may enter using your myQ electronic entry code to enter the community, but you must return to Clifford Gate within 24 hours to check in and obtain the corresponding paper pass.

    ·         After that you will be able to use the electronic entry code to enter the community through Clifford Guest Gate (Gate Next to Building).

     

    Guests:

    ·  : If you have a guest who is not listed on the application, you will provide them with the myQ electronic entry code you received from the member or designated representative. They will still need to stop at Clifford Gate upon their arrival to obtain the corresponding paper pass.

     

    Boats:

    ·  Boat tags are required for all boats inside the community. You must have one to use the launch, docks or to store your boat. There is a fee of $125 per week for each CF number. This fee must be paid to the member or designated representative, not to the community.

     

    NOTE: You are not allowed to register or operate an OHV or Golf Cart at the rental property.

  • Seasonal Renter(SR):  

    ·  Before you arrive, you, the primary renter will receive a text message with a myQ electronic entry code issued to you by the member or designated representative after the rental application is approved.

    ·         When you first arrive, you will need to enter through the Clifford Gate entrance. You will need to provide the gate staff with the name of the primary renter and address of the property where you will be staying. In addition to the myQ electronic entry code you previously received, you will be issued a paper pass which must always be displayed in your vehicle for the duration of your stay.  

    NOTE: If you arrive after hours at the start of your rental period, you may enter using your myQ electronic entry code to enter the community, but you must return to Clifford Gate within 24 hours to check in and obtain the corresponding paper pass.

    ·         After that you will be able to use the electronic entry code to enter the community through Clifford Guest Gate (Gate Next to Building).

     

    Guests:

    ·  : If you have a guest who is not listed on the application, you will provide them with the myQ electronic entry code you received from the member or designated representative. They will still need to stop at Clifford Gate upon their arrival to obtain the corresponding paper pass.

     

    Boats:

  •  Long-Term Renters (LTR):

    ·         When you first arrive, you will need to enter through the Clifford Gate entrance. You will need to provide the gate staff with the name of the primary renter and address of the property where you will be staying. You will be issued an LTR sticker which will be placed on your vehicle for the duration of your stay.

    ·         You can purchase an RF tag for $15 or download the community myQ app at no charge for unfiltered access to the community. Ask any Gate Attendant for detailed instructions on getting the myQ set up on your cellular device (App only works on IOS 17.0 or later and Android 10 and later).

    NOTE: If you choose to purchase an RF tag you will need to bring the vehicle to Clifford Gate.

     

    Guests:

    ·   If you have a guest who is not listed on the application, you will provide them with the myQ electronic entry code you received from the member or designated representative or you will give them their own guest entry code  you create in the myQ app. They will still need to stop at Clifford Gate upon their arrival to obtain the corresponding paper pass. 

     

    Boats:

    ·  Boat tags are required for all boats inside the community. You must have one to use the launch, docks or to store your boat. There is a fee of $125 per week or $250 per year for each CF number. This fee should be paid to the member or designated representative, not to the community.

     

    NOTE: You are not allowed to register or house an OHV or Golf Cart at the rental property.

    · All recreational facilities, the golf course and the roads within the Lake Almanor Country Club, are the private property of the Lake Almanor Country Club and are subject to regulation by the Lake Almanor Country Club.

    · That all roads in the Lake Almanor Country Club are subject to California Vehicle Code enforcement by LACC Security, Plumas ounty Sheriff, and/or California Highway Patrol. 

    I hereby agree:

    · To abide by all governing documents and rules for the use of these facilities, and notify each member of my household or guests, of the duty of all people within the club to abide by the rules.

    · In the event of violation of the club rules by me, any member of my household, or any guest of mine, I understand the privilege to use LACC facilities may be suspended or revoked, and citations may be issued, for which I would be responsible.
