- I will review submitted forms in the order they are received and reply to confirm exactly what to add to your cart for checkout.
- Your order is only confirmed once you complete the checkout on the website.
- Depending on the complexity of the nail design, a mockup sketch may be created and sent for your approval before starting on the nail set. Please be aware that the final product may differ from the mockup sketch as I will be recreating the design by hand.
- Custom orders can take up to 14 business days total for processing.

If I feel like I will not be able to bring your vision to life, I will promptly inform you (and give you a full refund if it has already been paid for) and may potentially refer you to a different nail artist who I may think can serve you better!
