All Level 1 Foundations courses lead to the same Tridium Niagara certification. Some OEM-delivered classes are restricted to their authorized integrators and may include product-specific instruction.

Niagara 4 Operator teaches students the basics of the Niagara 4 Framework and the day to day operational features which enable end users to navigate the system more efficiently.

Audience: Best for someone new to Niagara 4 or operator users who only work with the end user interface portion of the software.

This 2 1/2-Day Class is geared for those who have the Niagara4 system installed in their building(s) and want to know how to do basic tasks, like changing schedules, adding special events to those schedules (holidays), reading and understanding alarm data, reading and understanding history data, creating reports and manipulating graphics. The class will also present information on capabilities of a Niagara4 station that customers (end users) may not be aware of but should be aware of. The ultimate objectives of the class is to help end users use the system installed by a contractor and for that end user to be able to talk on a more educated level with their contractor

Niagara 4 Technical Certification (TCP) Level 1 Certification is the foundational certification for Niagara professionals and is intended for Systems Integrators, OEMs, and other business partners authorized to sell and support Niagara-based products. Level 1 Certification serves as a prerequisite for Niagara Level 2 training and is recommended or required for many Niagara-based specializations, including Honeywell Optimizer, Honeywell Advanced Factory Controllers, Distech Controls ECLYPSE/EC-NET, KMC Controls, VYKON, JCI Facility Exporer® and other Niagara platforms.

The Level 1 Foundations course is recommended for most Niagara users, however JCI recommends Facility Explorer® users register for JCI Niagara 4 Technical Certification Programming  (TCP) for Niagara 4 Foundations with FX-specific engineering, programming, graphics, commissioning, and JCI controller integration using FX Workbench Pro.

This 2-Day (16 Hour) certification course provides hands-on training in analytics creation, fault detection, KPI monitoring, dashboards, reporting, and system performance analysis. Students work in a live Niagara Analytics environment and complete practical lab exercises that reinforce key concepts.

Participants passing the test receive an official Niagara Analytics Certification through Tridium University. 

Recommended Prerequisite: Niagara Foundations (Level 1 TCP) or equivalent Niagara certification experience. Niagara Analytics is intended for users who already understand Niagara fundamentals and want to expand their skills into data analytics, visualization, and performance optimization.
