LEAF Camper Registration 2025

We kindly request that you submit a separate application for each of your children (campers).
Before you proceed with registration, please read the following important information:

Grades: Pre-K to Grade 6

Dates: December 22,23,24 & December 29,30,31 and January 2nd.

Camp Time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Late pick-up is charged at $1 per minute after 5:30 PM, and all proceeds will be donated to the church)

Themes: Warm Hearts in a Cold World (focusing on acts of kindness and love) & Faith in the Frost (focusing on maintaiing strong faith during challenges)

Register by December 15 for both weeks and you will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of our amazing New Year prizes!

Weeks Selection

Although selecting all desired weeks in advance is highly recommended, you do have the option to choose the weeks that you are certain of at the moment and then submit another application later to add more weeks. Families who sign up for all 6 weeks of camp without cancelling will get a chance to win a special prize!

I, as the parent or guardian of the above named child, shall not have any claim for compensation or damages of any kind as a result of my child participating in the LEAF Winter Camp. I provide consent for my child to be transported by bus, private vehicle, or walking to and from various locations for field trips, recesses, or other activities. I expressly waive any claim for damages of any kind for personal injury or other loss related to incidents, motor vehicle collisions, or illness against St. Mary and St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Edmonton, its staff, trustees, or volunteers.I consent to my child participating in any field trip to an Indoor or Outdoor playground organized by Leaf Camp.I understand that some indoor playgrounds may require a waiver to be signed prior to participation. I authorize designated Leaf Camp staff to sign such waivers on my behalf, and I agree that this signature shall carry the same legal effect as if I had signed it myself.By signing this form, I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation in Indoor or Outdoor playground activities. I fully release and waive any claims against the Leaf Camp, and its staff arising from my child’s participation.I consent to keep my child home if he/she has flu or COVID symptoms.I understand that there will be Orthodox Christian faith-based concepts taught at the camp and that students will attend liturgy once a week (communion for those baptized in the Coptic Orthodox Church and sister Orthodox Churches).I authorize LEAF Winter Camp to take photos or videos of my child for the purpose of sharing experiences and memories with parents, as well as for use on platforms or posters for advertising purposes.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Fee Policy

- Full Refund: Cancel before December 12,2025

- No Refund: Cancel after December 12,2025

- No refund for missed days (sick days, vacation, etc.).

- Exception: Medical Cancellations

In case of serious illness or emergency (with a doctor’s note), a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the camp director.

- All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to Leaf@stmarystmark.ca
