Selfie videos of someone telling this story directly to the phone camera are by far the most helpful! Some tips for filming: 1) Use the front-facing phone camera, 2) position your face in the top 75% of the frame, 3) limit background noise, 4) use a natural lighting source toward your face, 5) prop the phone up or use two hands to film, and 6) make a short script for yourself!
